ONRIAUDIO

ABOUT

音理
The principle of sound.

ONRI Audio is one engineer's answer to a simple question: what would a mastering tool look like if the person who built it also had to use it every day?

What comes next will not be another variation on the effects that already exist. If more tools leave this workshop, they will deal with sound as it really behaves — real rooms, real air, real listening — and make that reality better, the same way REISEI works only on the harmonics that are actually there.

The same hands

REISEI, and everything that follows it, is built by an industrial and UI designer who also mixes and masters. The sound and the interface come from the same hands, so nothing is lost in translation between how a tool works and how it feels to work in.

Not a luxury interface

This is a working instrument, not a showroom. Every control earns its place: only what you need, and all of what you need, with nothing surplus standing between you and the decision.

Nothing ships on impression

Every change is checked against a suite of automated acoustic tests: complementary band splits that recombine without comb artefacts, widening that nulls exactly on a mono fold, phase coherence, and perfect stillness in silence. Every build passes Apple's auval -strict.

The standard

One line decides what goes in and what is cut: would a top engineer still trust this in fifty years? If the answer is no, it does not ship.
