What we collect,
and what we don't.
ONRI Audio is a small independent operation. There is no analytics platform, no advertising network and no data business behind this site — so this page can be short and specific.
Your email, only if you give it
If you enter your address in the notify form, it is stored so we can email you about new releases, updates and discount codes — nothing else, and never sold or shared. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you permanently.
The trial uses an anonymous identifier
Starting the 14-day trial sends a one-way hash of your machine. Activating a licence, and each load of the plug-in where a connection is available, checks the licence with Lemon Squeezy, our licensing provider, and with our server. Those checks carry your licence key, its activation ID and that same hash. That is the whole of it. The checks run at load time, and when you press activate, deactivate or re-check on the licence screen. From 1.0.5 the activation record does not carry your computer's name.
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes payment and licensing. Your payment details go to them, never to us — we never see or store a card number. They provide us with the order and the email address needed to deliver and support your licence.
The SAVE LOG
If something goes wrong, REISEI can write a SAVE LOG — a plain text file you send to us yourself. Nothing is transmitted automatically. You generate it, and you can open it in any text editor and read every line before you decide to send it.
It contains your plug-in settings, your system and audio configuration, your screen and window sizes, analyser performance figures, and the same anonymous identifier used by the trial. It also records the file path of the host application that was running, with your user name masked, so it will show which DAW you use and where it is installed. From 1.0.5 it also records the state of your licence, whether a key is stored, and a checksum of the plug-in file. It does not contain your name, your email address, your licence key, any audio, or the name of the material you are working on.
A log you send is read to diagnose your problem, and that is all it is used for.

These are the only three. Each holds only what is described above.
How long it is kept
Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for removal. The anonymous trial identifier and the licence-check records — the hashed key and the machine hash — stay on file until you ask for them to be removed. Purchase records are retained by Lemon Squeezy for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
Ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and it will be done — no form, no argument. Write to [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK, this is your right under the GDPR; elsewhere, you get the same treatment anyway.
Support conversations
If you email support, that message and its reply are kept so the conversation makes sense next time. Diagnostic logs you send are used to fix the problem and nothing else.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, the date below changes and the change is described in an email to anyone on the list. It will not change quietly.
