This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and includes no third-party trackers or advertising pixels. Nothing follows you between pages or between sites. Your visit is not profiled.

What we collect,
and what we don't.
ONRI Audio is one person. There is no analytics platform, no advertising network and no data business behind this site — so this page can be short and specific.
Your email, only if you give it
If you enter your address in the notify form, it is stored so we can email you about new releases, updates and discount codes — nothing else, and never sold or shared. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you permanently.
The trial uses an anonymous identifier
When the 14-day trial starts, REISEI sends a one-way hash derived from your machine so the same trial cannot be taken twice. It is not reversible, it is not tied to your name or email, and it cannot be used to identify you or your computer. Nothing else is transmitted, and after activation the plug-in does not contact us at all.
Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes payment and licensing. Your payment details go to them, never to us — we never see or store a card number. They provide us with the order and the email address needed to deliver and support your licence.
The SAVE LOG
If something goes wrong, REISEI can write a SAVE LOG — a plain text file you send to us yourself. Nothing is transmitted automatically. You generate it, and you can open it in any text editor and read every line before you decide to send it.
It contains your plug-in settings, your system and audio configuration, your screen and window sizes, analyser performance figures, and the same anonymous identifier used by the trial. It also records the file path of the host application that was running, so it will show which DAW you use and where it is installed. It does not contain your name, your email address, any audio, or the name of the material you are working on.
A log you send is used to diagnose your problem and nothing else. It is not shared, and it is not used for statistics.
Who processes what
CloudflareHosting, and storage of the anonymous trial identifier
BrevoEmail list and delivery, if you signed up
Lemon SqueezyPayment, invoicing and licence keys (merchant of record)
These are the only three. Each holds only what is described above.
How long it is kept
Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask for removal. The anonymous trial identifier is kept so that a trial is not restarted indefinitely. Purchase records are retained by Lemon Squeezy for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
Ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, and it will be done — no form, no argument. Write to [email protected]. If you are in the EU or UK, this is your right under the GDPR; elsewhere, you get the same treatment anyway.
Support conversations
If you email support, that message and its reply are kept so the conversation makes sense next time. Diagnostic logs you send are used to fix the problem and nothing else.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what is collected, the date below changes and the change is described in an email to anyone on the list. It will not change quietly.
